A serial entrepreneur who founded OpsTalent in 2012 with Gabriela Ziolkowska Coyne — a trail-blazing business process outsourcing company with offices in New York, Dublin, London, Brussels, and Wrocław & Kraków in Poland, with a large focus on people, culture, and innovative technologies.

25 years of experience as an engagement partner for global transformation projects across Hewlett Packard, IBM, and SAP. Author and principal consultant of the Provincial Development Program, a digital-first initiative for leadership development and sustainable growth.
